Tinkerlab June Holiday Science Workshop 2013
Tinkerlab is proud to bring to you a series of DIY workshop whereby the participant will be taught on how to build their gadget and learn the science concepts and scientific applications behind them.
Each workshop comes with one gadget that the participant will bring home at the end of the day.
The four different workshops are:

ALL
materials and tools needed for the workshop will be provided. Participants will
be able to bring home all the science models that they have built !

Solar Cooker Making Workshop
Make
your own solar cooker and use it to boil water!

The solar cooker is about 21 cm tall when completed with solar dish facing upwards.
Jet
Boat Making Workshop
Make
your own jet boat and have a race in a water pool!

The power boat is about 15 cm long when completed.
Electric
Bell Making Workshop
Make
your own electric bell and see how electromagnetism works to make it ring!

The electric bell system is about 16 cm long when completed.
Windmill
Making Workshop
Make
your own windmill that stands almost 50cm tall and see how the movement of its
blades can help to generate electricity!
